As you may have read from my bio, I've done a lot of things in my life. And I have always achieved my goal. There is no limit to perfection, and especially no limit to knowledge. Someone first thinks of an ultimate goal, then writes out a plan to get there. Consecutive steps come to the result. Plans don't work for me at all. I make almost 80% of my life's decisions intuitively and I can honestly say, it was my best choice to interact with the world. What I do now, how exactly I work with my Clients, what my coaching method is based on - this is also the result of intuitive movement. Both in life, in the world of data, and in terms of choosing people. The first vector was coaching, then other tools joined it. Now I work the way I feel most effective and comprehensive in relation to the client's request and the speed of change in his life towards the desired result. Practice is proof of this.
Without limiting myself to systems of self-discovery, I have by now amassed quite a large archive of knowledge about how and what works in humans.
I'm interested in the structure of human thinking and behavior from a point of view:
- -science (material and proven),
- -energy exchange and the structure of the energy system of the world (invisible, but very tangible and understandable),
- -spiritual development (intangible until you understand how to translate spiritual development into life results),
- -well-being (sociological research; a bit of an equivocation, but the trends and conclusions are unlikely to be argued with by anyone),
- -subconsciousness (through dreams and meditations, practices, self-examination),
As well as the workings of the brain, the study of child and adult behavior, the changing scientific view in chronology, even adequate esoteric currents.
I won't describe many related tools for understanding myself here - it's not about the list. The important thing is that the method of my work with clients developed by itself. It happened as soon as the main empty places of interconnections in a person were filled. Spoiler - there is still a lot of free space and, therefore, deepening into the human world does not stop.
The methods and knowledge that I impart to my Clients are interconnected and mutually prove each other. It's like the parable of the elephant, which they tried to describe by touching different parts of its body. Whichever side you approach it from and whatever you call it, the essence is the same. By the way, it is easy to show this on your fingers - I will write a separate article about it.
I am exposed to new information every day. Most of it comes through trainings, conferences, articles, from people, conclusions from events, books, dreams and meditations. I always take from this information only by response.
I take what goes inside me without resistance and fits harmoniously there. The other part, which causes doubts, does not come in at all - it is either left "for later" or discarded.
Inside me there is already a lot of previously accumulated information, experience, digested thoughts. Everything new supplements what I already have, reveals, clarifies. This is how knowledge deepens and interrelationships between different ways of explaining the same phenomena are built, and understanding expands.
As a result, a thought / IDEA / TALE is born. This is the material I use to work with my clients.
I never give a ready-made solution, and I am against this approach in general. We are all so unique that it is impossible to get the same result by doing the same things, because the initial data is very different. On one person it worked perfectly, on another it caused a lot of frustration. That's normal. There is no formula for happiness.
But I generously share knowledge about the Meaning and organization of Processes. So that the client's UNDERSTANDING is born. And this understanding will help him to achieve his goal faster and better. He will take it with him in his life.
An Essence or Idea is just that, something that can be applied to any person's raw data. It's considered, reasoned, and interconnected. I am responsible for it. This idea fully reflects my vision and comes from tons of information that I have passed through myself, digested and it is organic to me.
A person will take his own, what he has understood and what seems right to him. If he wants, he will apply it to himself (the way he heard it, with his own accents and focus) and get the result he is ready for.
The great thing here is that there is no pressure, no imposition of one's truth, no averaging and competition. And the responsibility here is also on the person - you can't say afterwards that you gave bad advice.
To me, this is the most environmentally friendly scheme possible. Mature, wise and conducive to long term development.
And this helps me a lot in coaching - I listen to the client. My entire internal library works for his situation. No theory, terminology, doctrine, or imposition. Just point questions that my consciousness gives birth to. A little decoding in the language of the client, if he wants to understand how it is that I hit the very target. Free will of the client and his actions based on feelings.
This allows for a much more effective and faster resolution of the Client's questions and access to the invisible depths of consciousness. Consequently, an understanding is born as to why things are the way they are and why he/she performs such actions. Very soon the changes in real life will catch up. In any business it is important only to begin!
