Willems Coaching (the "Coach") about an individual while using the
www.willemsirina.com website.
1. definitions of terms
1.1 The following terms shall be used in this Policy:
1.1.1. "Website Operators (hereinafter referred to as "Operator")" - employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of Coach, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2 "Personal Data" - any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable natural person - the subject of personal data.
1.1.3 "Processing of personal data" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

2.1 The Website under the domain name www.willemsirina.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is legally owned by the Coach.

4. Subject matter of the privacy policy

4.2.4. country and city of residence
4.3 In the course of using the Website, the User authorizes the Operator to receive and process the following Data:
4.3.1. information about the User's use of the Site, including information about the time and method of using the Site, data flow and records of screen elements clicked by the User while using the Site (visit history), referrer (address of the previous page), etc.
4.3.2. technical information about devices and operating systems used while visiting the Website, User's IP-address and information about the browser used.
5. Processing personal information using cookies and counters

6.3.1. following the unsubscribe instructions at the end of the email received from the Coach;
6.3.2. by sending an e-mail from the User's e-mail address to willemsirina@gmail.com with a request not to send the information.
7. Transfer of Users' information to third parties
7.1 The Operator shall not transfer personal data of Users to third parties, except for the following cases:
7.1.1. with the User's consent;
7.1.2. where there is a duty to disclose information in accordance with applicable law, government or law enforcement requirements, or for crime prevention purposes;
7.1.3. if the transfer is provided for by applicable law
7.1.4. if, as a result of processing of the User's personal information by depersonalizing it, anonymized statistical data is obtained, which is transferred to a third party for conducting research, performing work or rendering services on behalf of the Coach.
8. Measures applied to protect the User's personal information
8.1 The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
9. User's rights to refuse to use personal data, change, supplement, clarify personal data
9.1 The User is entitled to exercise the following rights at any time with respect to those data that may be recognized as personal data under applicable law:
9.1.1 The User has the right to request the Operator to provide a copy of the Operator's personal data or information on the procedure of their processing;
9.1.2 The User has the right to request the Operator to update and correct any personal data stored by the Operator if they are outdated or inaccurate;
9.1.3 The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data.

10. Amending this Policy
10.1 The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes to the current edition, the date of the last update shall be indicated.
